Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Grey Wolf AI service-management platform (the "Platform"), including its staff dashboard, customer portal, voice assistant, messaging integrations and any connection to third-party systems such as QuickBooks Online. By signing in to or using the Platform you agree to them.
The Platform is provided to each marine dealer or service business (a "Dealer") under a signed Master Services Agreement between that Dealer and Grey Wolf AI Solutions. Where these terms and the Master Services Agreement differ, the Master Services Agreement controls for the Dealer. These terms set out what applies to every individual user.
1. Who may use the Platform
Access is granted by a Dealer to its own staff and to its own customers. You may use the Platform only under an account issued to you, only for the Dealer's legitimate business, and only if you are at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account and must tell the Dealer or Grey Wolf promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
2. Licence
Grey Wolf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform through the interfaces it provides, for as long as the Dealer's agreement remains in force and your access has not been withdrawn. The Platform, its software, models, prompts, designs and documentation remain the property of Grey Wolf and its licensors. No rights are granted other than those stated here.
3. Data
Business data entered into the Platform, or imported from systems the Dealer connects to it, belongs to the Dealer. Grey Wolf processes it only to provide the Platform, as described in the Privacy Policy. Connections to third-party systems, including QuickBooks Online, are established only when an authorized administrator at the Dealer consents through that system's own authorization flow, and may be revoked by the Dealer at any time. Use of any connected third-party system remains subject to that provider's terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access or attempt to access data belonging to a different Dealer, or any account other than your own;
- probe, scan, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's security or its integrations;
- use the Platform to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights;
- use the Platform in any way that breaches applicable law or a connected provider's terms.
Grey Wolf may suspend an account that violates these terms and will notify the Dealer when it does.
5. AI-generated content
The Platform uses AI models to draft communications, answer questions and propose actions. These outputs are informational aids. They may contain errors, and they are not financial, legal or engineering advice. The Dealer and its staff are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a customer, and for any decision made on the basis of it. Where the Platform is configured to write to a connected system (for example, creating an invoice in QuickBooks), it does so only within the scope the Dealer has enabled and approved.
6. Availability and changes
Grey Wolf works to keep the Platform available and secure but does not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn as the Platform develops. Service levels, if any, are those agreed in the Dealer's Master Services Agreement.
7. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided to individual users "as is", and Grey Wolf's liability to any individual user is excluded. Any warranty, indemnity or liability Grey Wolf owes is owed to the Dealer under the Master Services Agreement and is subject to the limits set out there. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
Your right to use the Platform ends when the Dealer withdraws your access or when the Dealer's agreement with Grey Wolf ends. On termination of a Dealer's agreement, Grey Wolf returns the Dealer's data as described in the Master Services Agreement and removes it from Grey Wolf-managed systems.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, consistent with the Master Services Agreement under which the Platform is provided. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date. Material changes will be notified to each Dealer's designated contact before they take effect.
